Located in Phu Bai Industrial Park, Huong Thuy Town, Thua Thien Hue Province, Carlsberg Vietnam Brewery is one of Central Vietnam’s most modern and large-scale beer production facilities. Covering a total area of 116,935.4 m² and boasting a production capacity of 360 million liters per year, the brewery not only meets domestic consumption demands but also exports to international markets.
Since 2015, the brewery has opened its doors to visitors, offering a unique experience of its advanced beer production process. Guests have the opportunity to explore every stage of brewing — from ingredient selection and fermentation to packaging — all operated on cutting-edge technology imported from Europe.
In addition to guided tours, the brewery also offers a dining area where staff and visitors can enjoy signature dishes paired with freshly brewed beer. This space is thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
To ensure safety and maintain a seamless experience for both employees and visitors, Carlsberg Vietnam Brewery has been equipped with the modern Synergy Kitchen Fire Suppression System, which protects the dining area against potential grease fires—providing absolute peace of mind.
II. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
After thoroughly studying the project and client requirements, SmartTech provided and supported the design and installation of the Synergy Kitchen Fire Suppression System – Mechanical System for the Carlsberg Vietnam project. This system enables the business to operate its culinary services with complete confidence, without worrying about unexpected fires in the commercial kitchen. Thanks to its outstanding features—such as 24/7 kitchen monitoring, automatic fire detection and activation of a wet chemical suppression system that quickly extinguishes and prevents re-ignition, and integrated signaling to shut down connected systems like electricity and gas upon fire detection—this system ensures optimal safety and uninterrupted operations.
With a commitment to delivering optimal solutions at a reasonable cost, SmartTech is proud to introduce the Synergy Kitchen Fire Suppression System — the first kitchen fire suppression system in Asia to meet UL300 standards. The system complies with NFPA regulations and has received key safety certifications, including SGC, CE, and SETSCO.
